STEM workshops for children within the project “SKIIZ – STEM through Play and Fun” are focused on developing curiosity, logical thinking, cooperation, and an investigative spirit through play and experiential learning.
Each workshop lasts 90 minutes and covers three thematic modules:
- Little Chemists – Through fun and safe experiments (e.g., “vinegar and baking soda volcano,” “colorful bubbles,” “magic colors”), children explore basic chemical reactions and develop observation and reasoning skills.
- Curious Engineers – This workshop encourages children to explore and create by building structures such as Leonardo’s bridge, fostering an understanding of shapes, balance, and stability.
- Little Explorers of Air and Motion – Through games with balloons, parachutes, and flying objects, children discover the properties of air, motion, and cause-and-effect relationships.
Registration for the workshops is required through link.
