In the most beautiful month of the year, the month of giving, the Solidarity Foundation of the City of Varaždin is once again helping those in need. On Thursday, December 5, the Varaždin Sports Hall on the Drava River will be the center of humanity and sporting excitement.
The humanitarian indoor football tournament “Saint Nicholas” will bring together the Humane Stars of Croatia, veterans of GNK Dinamo, NK Varaždin and ambassadors of Varaždin sports. Helping the needy citizens of Varaždin has united the city and county authorities, who, led by the mayor and the county prefect, will compete in a showpiece match. The entire event will be hosted by Ljubo and Jan Kerekeš, while Tiho Orlić will be in charge of the musical part of the program and the performance of the Croatian national football team anthem “The Best When It’s Hardest”.
Expect numerous surprise guests, and before the program begins, children will have the opportunity to socialize with our dear guests and create numerous memories.
