The path to Santa’s House leads through the Magic Elevator
Magic Elevator travel times to Santa in the Magic Town: 10:00 – 20:45
(breaks: 11:45–12:00, 16:45–17:00, 18:45–19:00)
Each time slot lasts 15 minutes.
Free tickets for the listed time slots can be obtained through the Eventim system, at the Tourist Board Office of the City of Varaždin (Ivana Padovca 3) from Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:00, as well as at the booth at the entrance to Santa’s Magic Town from Monday to Friday, 17:00–20:00, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays during the working hours of Santa’s Magic Town. Time slots can be booked up to one week in advance. One person may pick up a maximum of 4 tickets.
The time slots at 11:30, 17:30, 18:30, and 19:30 are paid and offer a private ride on the Magic Elevator – the price is 30 euros for up to 6 people.
* Santa Claus will be in his house starting from December 8 according to a designated schedule.
